This is a strong, shock-absorbing and insulating foam that ensures the contents are well protected. The material’s high stability also means the lightweight trays can carry heavier products.
Fresh for longer due to unique absorption
Every Vampirella tray has a perforated bottom with a high absorption capacity that ensures the contents stay fresh and delicious for longer: Meat juices and other excess fluids sink down through the perforations and bind with the material structure. This prevents food spoilage caused by fungi and bacteria so the contents stay fresh for longer and look attractive for longer. The unique absorption technique also makes inserting extra absorbent inserts or absorption pads in the trays unnecessary.
In various sizes
The black foam trays are supplied in stacks and can very quickly be taken off the stack and filled. Simply place your fresh product on the tray, ensure the packaging is airtight by covering the entire tray with transparent, self-adhesive stretch film and place the packaged product in the refrigerator or chilled display counter.
